Artwork Requirements
Please upload the artwork exactly as you want it cut. Any other files that require graphic editing beyond what you submit may delay your order and result in artwork fee’s or order cancellation.
*AI Artwork: While AI is great for coming up with ideas Chat GPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, etc. don’t always produce the correct vectorized file/format needed to create decals. Such files often require editing to turn into a decal, even if it seems to be saved in a compatible file type. If you need assistance with your artwork or are at all uncertain about if your file is ready to cut please reach out to us.

Vector artwork is strongly recommended for the cleanest cuts and fastest production.
Cutting Limitations & Minimum Line Thickness
- Cut & weeded vinyl decals use solid vinyl colors only — gradients, fades, shadows, and printed photo effects are not supported.
- Very thin lines, extremely small text, and highly intricate details may not cut or apply reliably and may require modification.
- Minimum recommended line thickness and spacing is approximately 0.08″–0.10″ for reliable production.
- Distressed textures, tiny isolated details, and complex artwork may require modification before production.
- If artwork cleanup, vectorization, or production adjustments are required additional fee’s may result. We will contact you before manufacturing your order.
Important Notes
- Layered multi-color decals are assembled by hand and may have slight alignment tolerances between layers.
- Colors displayed on screens may vary slightly from actual vinyl colors.
- Minimum custom order total of $10 applies.
